Everything you need to know

no silly questions

What happens if my site breaks outside office hours?
All plans include daily uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, we get an alert immediately. Townhouse and Penthouse clients get emergency security patches within three business days. For critical outages, we respond as fast as possible regardless of plan. Our support hours are weekdays 9am to 5pm, but monitoring runs 24/7.
Do I need to move my hosting to you?
Not necessarily. By default, we run a managed hosting service on your behalf with a premium provider (today: Rocket.net or Kinsta; legacy accounts remain on 20i). The account is in our name and hosting is bundled into your Care Plan invoice. If you'd rather stay on your existing host, that works too: we'll manage the website there. Migration is free when you sign up to an annual plan if your website fits standard plan limits.
What if I’m currently locked into another agency?
This is more common than you’d think. We’ve helped many clients move away from agencies that made migration difficult. We handle the entire process, including domain transfers, DNS changes, and content migration. Drop us an email and we’ll assess your situation.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts on any of our plans. Cancel with 30 days notice and we'll hand over everything you need. New Care Plan members also get a 30-day money-back guarantee: tell us within 30 days of sign-up by emailing support@jellyhound.co.uk and we refund your Care Plan fee in full. Onboarding fees and audit work are excluded.
Do you work with WooCommerce sites?
Yes. WooCommerce sites are a great fit for our Penthouse plan, which includes daily checkout testing and staging environments for safe updates. We understand the extra care ecommerce sites need, especially around plugin updates that can affect the checkout flow.
What about SEO, content, and AI visibility?
The Care Plan keeps your website running. For SEO and GEO (visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini), we offer the AI & SEO Visibility Blueprint: a one-off audit at one of three depth levels, paired with optional monthly improvement work (Technical Fixes, Content Creation, AI Visibility Rollout). Penthouse Care Plans include the Strategic audit at onboarding as standard.
