The first month of our marketing plans start with setup, core to this is a strategic planning session with you that helps us understand your business and goals. This can be held face to face or via Skype. Depending on the package you select this session will look into various factors, such as your target demographics, what you’ve tried before and what you are doing now, together we’ll take a first look at your Search Engine Optimisation goals and between us decide on a strategy moving forward to both achieve your goals and grow your business.
Using your website rework time, we’ll implement tracking into your website so that in the following months we can analyse how customers currently utilise your website and what sort of search queries are currently bringing them to your website. Depending on your package we may also have time to implement conversion tracking so we can understand which searches result in a customer lead or purchase, as well as identifying obstacles.
Each month we’ll have a consultation session to ensure you are confident with the direction we are taking your business as well as discuss any offers or news, you can also use your consultation hours for special reports, tutorials or in person meetings. We’ll identify SEO goals or issues and utilise your web development hours to tackle them. We’ll research and create content to distribute via for your social media, often utilising any offers or news you have to share.
With the any package standard or above, we’ll work on improving your customer conversions using a conversion campaign. This is a more detailed and technical approach to turning leads into paying customers. Your conversion campaign goal can be changed on a monthly basis and we’ll utilise your web development hours to further it. We’ll also assist you with your email marketing, with dedicated hours to spend on creating gorgeous newsletters, analysing the results and increasing your subscriber base.
Enterprise package subscribers can opt for our digital ad management service, we specialise in Google Adwords and our team will work to identify, optimise and reduce the cost of an Adwords campaign. Finally we’ll be thinking very much outside the box to capture new customers using outreach marketing. This is all about developing relationships on your behalf, between you and other businesses or bloggers, anyone that can help further your brand or business goals. It really is about taking a different perspective, creative thinking and exploration and most often results in real significant benefits to your brand and business.
You can upgrade or downgrade your package, just let us know before the next month starts. Packages are billed monthly, in advance, by direct debit. We suggest a minimum 3 month commitment so we can properly setup, start the process and demonstrate results! Work hours do not roll over from month to month, sometimes you may want to purchase additional hours and hourly pricing varies depending on the type of work required. We’ll never do any extra work or charge you any extra without your prior consent and we’ll be transparent with that pricing. Digital Ad Management (only available in our Enterprise Package) does not include spend, you will pay Google directly for any ad spend with a monthly budget that you decide. There is a minimum ad spend of £200 per month.
If you decide to cancel your package, just let us know and it will be cancelled at the end of the month we receive notification, because you are billed in advance you will not receive any further bills and there will be no surprise charges or exit fees. If you do not utilise any of our monthly services we do not provide partial refunds, our monthly consultation time is meant to ensure you properly utilise our services in full. We will proactively chase you both by phone and email if we are lacking direction as we know that business owners are often up to their necks with huge to do lists. If we do not hear from you and cannot contact you for 30 days then your package will be terminated at the next billing cycle and you will no longer be charged, we can’t do this without you 🙂
