Our Story
Jellyhound started it’s life as a web development company, migrating into digital marketing and eventually ending up as a WordPress consultancy company for businesses.
In 2017 Jellyhound merged with WPTweaks, Neil Smart joined the fold bringing his considerable WordPress technical expertise to the team.
It was in 2019 that Jellyhound’s direction really started specialising more on the support and maintenance aspects of web development. We realised that some development companies were letting customers down when it came to maintaining, monitoring and/or improving their websites, completing a new site and leaving it to stagnate until the customer next called.
Jellyhound’s support and maintenance packages were designed to combat this issue and allow constant, incremental improvement to websites as well as proactive momentum at an affordable price. All this with technical support for a businesses day to day needs.
We started working with Marketing Agencies and Web Developers (and of course with businesses directly) who didn’t have the time to do this effectively for their clients and wanted a partner who would not compete with them for work, would compliment their activities and services as well as providing development technical assistance and routine regular tasks.
We now have a much closer relationship with our customers and work as an extended part of their team, helping fill the technical gap as well as coaching and consulting for online success.
Network With Us
The majority of business owners we meet are more than able to have a go themselves. We love seeing people succeed off their own hard work. But because we also love to network, meet business owners and hear great stories, talking is a great start to a beautiful relationship. We don’t do sales pitches or the hard sell!
